Jonathan
M. Dunitz Whether Jonathan Dunitz takes the lead on insurance coverage matters or is involved behind the scenes solving complicated legal issues, he finds the way to advocate the best position for our clients. Jonathan primarily represents clients in matters concerning all facets of insurance coverage and bad faith, as well as those involving complex commercial litigation. In ten years of insurance coverage practice, Jonathan has prepared coverage opinions involving numerous policy types and claims including business interruption, assault and battery, liquor liability, valuable papers, collapse, property damage, construction and professional liability. Jonathan’s experience in complex commercial litigation includes representation of clients in a wide array of matters including breach of purchase and sale agreements, complex licensing agreements, trade secrets, interference with contract, palming off and breach of fiduciary duty. His expertise also includes Daubert motion practice. He has written and spoken extensively on Daubert and the exclusion – or avoidance of exclusion – of experts.
